NOT EVEN rs.2 lakhs TO each retiree totalling just rs.54 lakhs.

All know that Gratuity case judgement was given by Supreme Court on 29.3.2017 to 1993-94 retirees and directed the banks to pay rs.2 lakhs each.

Though more than 4 months over, banks not paid or IBA also not given direction.

So, the retirees contemplating filing CONTEMPT OF COURT petition in supreme court

Even for that small amount also the IBA & Banks are adamant to pay, how about 100% DA case that involve few crores of rupees?.
